A hackathon is a social coding event that brings computer programmers and other interested people together to improve upon or build a new program for a certain problem statement. Syrus is a type of Altruistic hackathon where participants work to find solutions for problems such as public transport systems, education and disaster response, security, etc.
The Syrus Hackathon is open for all.
All participants will recieve a participation certificate as well as goodies. The winners will receive a Grand Prize consisting of a cash prize and various merchandise. However it is completely necessary for the team leader of each team to be present physically on the two days in the college.
A particular team can contain members from 2-4.
We are very glad to announce that this one will be hosted in OFFLINE mode at our campus itself.
